住了幾天圖上的房間都沒有，退房時答應給我退100澳幣，商家已老闆説已經轉了不好再問他一直拖著，不想退沒關係，沒多少錢我不明白為什麼一開始答應然後後面就各種理由推脫

Perfect stay in the heart of Burwood! The location can’t be beaten—walking distance to Westfield Mall, Burwood Park, and countless Asian eateries. The guesthouse has a charming historic vibe with polished wooden floors, plus modern perks like free WiFi and a coin-operated laundry. The host was super friendly and helped us store luggage after check-out.

Good location, quiet part of burwood but also a short walk to burwood china town area. You just given a code to go in and all that but other than that you don't see any person as a host really.
