盒山汽車旅館 (Box Hill Motel)

Very clean, nice renovated rooms with all amenities including microwave. Very comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of luggage space. Coffee/tea/sugar and biscuits. Each room has it's own designated parking. Reception woman was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying again soon

被子知太薄 他們說不要用冷氣機因為會有可能斷電 洗手盆有兩個杯子上一手留下的還沒洗 但整體來說房間很大其實不錯

停車方便，空間大剛好適合二大三小的家庭，櫃檯那位奶奶好親切，很有服務熱誠，因為我們到的時候天氣非常冷，感覺暖氣不太夠，所以多要了毛毯，奶奶特地到我們房間幫我們調整電毯，非常有愛心，附近有很多中國餐廳，可以滿足中國胃，算是一個鬧中取靜的地區，值得推薦

住了5天，廚房無灶，無法燒吃，住宿期間床單都沒換，感覺床上不怎麼乾淨。

I stayed in Box Hill motel between 3rd of Nov'23 - 5th of Nov'23. My husband and I arrived at Box Hill motel around 12-1pm. We were so exhausted as we took turn driving from Sydney - Melbourne. We drove from Sydney past midnight. Upon calling if we would be let in early, surprisingly it is allowed. Otherwise we would have slept in the car until check-in time if the room isn't ready yet. We got room no.1 and it was very clean. I didn't use the towel as I prefer to use my own towel, my husband also use his own towel. One of the hanging towel though had a snot on it and I put that towel aside despite we didn't use it. There were 3x plates in total and one of the plate was dirty and I assumed previous guest must have used this 1 plate and didn't wash it but instead just slipped it in between the clean plate. We used 2x plates for ourselves but I washed the 3x plates myself. Great Wifi speed too as I was able to complete a little bit of work from Room no.1. My parents always taught me to appreciate and respect people's places. Upon checking out, I saw Carol and OMG, she is so kind, friendly, down to earth and helpful. She was busy rolling people's luggage to their room. I remember my father always taught me the great businessman is not the one who always wanted to be served but the one who knew how to serve others first. There's a saying about "servant leadership". A great leader know how it feels to be at the bottom to observe, learn and serving others as well as better appreciate the top and experience various roles to understand the duties and responsibilities of each roles. THANK YOU Box hill motel team and Carol too for allowing us to stay at your beautiful clean and tidy place. We were able to sleep very soundly, hope nobody can hear us snoring :) I highly recommend Box Hill motel, Melbourne to anyone on a 訂房網站 to Melbourne.

離孩子的學校很近很方便。就在路邊，開車很容易就找到了，老闆和員工也很熱情，設施比較乾淨，也比較適閤家庭居住。

房間很乾凈，有冰箱，餐具和微波爐，和網上描述的一致，辦理入住簡單快速，前台服務很熱情，開車10分鐘就有很多中國口味的餐館，大洋路旅行回來還希望住這裡。

Super friendly receptionist, easy parking, we loved the room so much, super clean and cozy! It's a most quiet place we stayed so far, high standard 👍👍👍

除了酒店的位置稍微靠小鎮的邊緣一點，其他的方面都很好。周邊的環境非常不錯，老闆也非常和藹。停車非常方便。
