環境：很安靜 服務：取消的時候就點沒有收取按金，第三方收取，前台工作人員很詳細的解釋原因，訂房網站也幫我要回來第三方收取的按金，非常好👍

這是公寓式酒店，離迪肯大學很近，旁邊也有一些餐飲店，可以吃到米線和餃子，也有披薩等。房間比較大，也有冰箱、洗衣機、電視機等設施。不過早上十點前就要退房，沒有辦法延期。整體比較滿意，性價比比較高，如果在附近辦事或出差可以考慮。 去墨爾本city可以坐tram，大概一個小時。也有公交車可以到box hill 中國城。

Service was exceptional - lady at reception was very accodating and friendly. Nice size apartments, seems recently renovated, clean, well facilitated and very comfortable.  Room had plenty of road noise (sirens, car, busses etc) but thats expected, but sitting on the terrace was kinda fun. Shrubs blocking the view of oncomming traffic when exiting garage needs attention, but am excellent stay overall. We will be back!

What a clean and comfortable one bedroom apartment that makes you feel you are at home and can relax and be yourself. Close to some nice restaurants, with tram access across the road. If you are a traveller with your own car they have great car park with good security.

It’s very comfortable apartments located next to Deakin University. They are clean and have everything you need for cooking. I arrived at 8:30 am and reception already worked. Although the room was not ready, the lady at the reception helped me deal with paperwork and put my luggage in the room. There are 2 problems with this place- it’s far away from everything and there is no breakfast, it would be great if a simple breakfast was offered. Anyway, for one night stay it’s a good option.
