Couldn’t find a smile on one employee there esp the night person her checked me in, mid day staff or AM staff , for all 5 days i stayed . Elevators messy everyday day. Towels awful. Beds okay, pillows excellent. TV older and not up to a Hilton standard. I rate this the worst garden inn I stay at. Be prepared for road noise it feels like you are in the centre of the QEW highway 24/7!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wouldn’t stay here again for free. Food was fine and seems kitchen staff care. I don’t think anyone else there does.

酒店很安靜，早餐是純西式的，很多都是涼的，包括牛奶和煮雞蛋，與我的生活習慣不太匹配。不過服務人員幫我把牛奶加熱了，還與我們聊天，很nice。 入店時要我們的信用卡，説是刷雜費，刷了100加幣，我以為是入住按金，但退房的時候並沒有退回給我們，我們走得匆忙，也忘了問這是什麼費用。如果酒店看到，還請回復告知我。

We had a nice stay at the Hilton Garden Inn. The place is well maintained, it’s very clean and quiet. Staff are pleasant and polite. Our room was very clean, all amenities worked perfectly and our bed was super comfortable. I highly recommend staying here if you are in town.
