Problème avec le nettoyage de la chambre. Nous sommes restés 2 jours et le ménage n à pas été fait, les serviettes n ont pas été changées. Nous avons réclame à l aceuil et on nous a dir juste désolé. Bref un peu déçu. Sinon bel hôtel.

We were highly let down by our reservation made through 訂房網站.com. The front desk made us wait over an hour due to a payment issue with one of the rooms booked through 訂房網站. Upon discovering the problem, we promptly reached out to 訂房網站 for assistance. The customer service assured us of a callback, but unfortunately, we never received one. Moreover, neither the hotel front desk, preoccupied with other check-ins, nor 訂房網站 followed up on our case. We called 訂房網站's customer service many times and finally got the room key.

Water pressure was terrible. There was not enough seating at breakfast. The shower head was pulled away from the wall. The thermostat was not regulated for the room as it was a central system so at times the room was super hot. When I asked to have it adjusted I was told all they could do was provide a box fan. The location to my business meeting was great and the walking path was awesome.
