Super close to Universal Studios less than 10 minute drive and lots of shopping nearby as well. Room was clean stayed for two nights. I ordered food from the kitchen 10 minutes before closing and was still served Proper service. Thank you.

I had a confirmed booking at the Hilton Garden Inn Burbank, LA, made via 訂房網站. When I arrived on April 8, the front desk refused to let me check in, stating the hotel was overbooked. I was forced to walk for 10 minutes with multiple pieces of luggage to another property – Hotel Burbank – a hotel I did not choose or book. The next day (April 9), Hilton Garden Inn contacted me with no prior written notice and demanded that I move back to their hotel immediately. I was in the middle of a work conference call and could not simply repack all my belongings on the spot. The request was rude, unexpected, and completely disruptive. To make matters worse, Hilton Garden Inn cancelled my booking without my consent and refused to issue a refund, citing their cancellation policy. This is absurd — I never cancelled. They refused me at check-in, walked me to another hotel, and then penalised me for their own overbooking. I am still waiting for a reply from 訂房網站 and Hilton Garden Inn Burbank LA
