Faisant partie des hôtels d'état dont le standard est le même partout dans l'ensemble du Vietnam, le prix est le meilleur rapport qualité-prix pour la situation centrale où l'on peut tout visiter à pied : les musées de l'ethnologie et du palais royal de Bao Dai, ainsi que le marché central de Buon Ma Thuot. D'autre part un grand mall se trouve à côté pour des achats en supermarché ou bien pour aller voir un cinoche.
Les chambres sont grandes, bien climatisées, bonne literie, tout confort offert. Après, c'est le Vietnam aussi : on inonde vite la salle de bain car les évacuations d'eau de douche sont mal faîtes, la déco est désuète et le petit déjeuner est très asiatique viet, le beurre n'existe pas, à la place c'est la margarine, les plats salés relativement copieux et diversifiés ont du mal à séduire les touristes européens.
