Lokasi hotel bagus, dekat dengan pusat wisata jam gadang. Fasilitas nya kurang, tidak ada hand soap, handuk kecil tidak ada. Handuk besar hanya 2. Toilet nya kumuh, shower kamar mandinya juga kumuh. Tisue toilet cuma ada yg tergantung, dan sudah sebagian terpakai.

The hotel didn’t have family room but i have received connecting room which is suitable for my family 訂房網站. For hotel room spacious, i book without breakfast since i would like to try outside culinary. Found this restaurant nearest to the hotel. Their food so delicious and vibe padang tu terasa banger. No room picture but recommended. The view from my room superb.

Everything is just nice. Breakfast is so delicious! I’m from Malaysia, but I can skip some of my Minang/Padang food hunting because they also provide local dishes, which are really tasty. The location is very close to Jam Gadang—within walking distance. The staff are friendly too. The only thing that made me feel a bit uncomfortable was this: I didn’t hang the “I need room cleaning” tag on my door because I was still in the room. A cleaning staff member knocked and said “room cleaning,” but I didn’t respond since I was still inside and hadn’t requested cleaning. Then, the staff used a key card to open the door. I felt a bit violated, though it wasn’t a big issue for me as I was alone and fully dressed. However, it would be better if staff didn’t enter unless there’s a clear request for cleaning—just in case someone is inside and not properly dressed.

I chose this hotel after reading many reviews from my country. The hotel is beautiful, located on a hill with a stunning view. I especially enjoyed the breakfast, which included Padang-style dishes. However, the hotel is a bit old and has carpeted rooms, which I’m not particularly fond of. Nevertheless, it’s fine as I’m only staying for a night before heading out to explore tomorrow.

Great location & friendly staff. A waking distance to Jam Gadang & shopping area. We love the beautiful sunrise from our room. We booked 4 rooms but 1 of the rooms was smelly perhaps due to poor drainage in the bathroom. Breakfast selections are great with menu changed everyday. We enjoyed the authentic Bukittinggi ‘kolak pisang’ and ‘katupek pakis’ a lot.
