We stayed in hotel fahira for one night..we booked 3 rooms..it was a good hotel with good breakfast..but they forgot to give back my deposit..after i back home to Malaysia, i just realised that..lol..i think the staff should be aware of this..if they tend to forget to give deposit back, please dont ask for deposit..

The room condition is not so satisfying. Their toilet got bad leaking problem. My room gets banjir 😅 But because their staff service are exceptional , so my stay here was good. Their breakfast also very nice. I miss their breakfast already.

Location is good, walking distance to eateries, shopping areas and the clock tower. Food for breakfast although limited but fulfilling and nice taste. Hotel room is clean except the amenities in room some has worn out like the ceiling lamp broken and shower handle unable to use. Overall, good short stay.

I do not recommend to stay at this hotel if you are looking for cleanliness and good service. We booked superior room for 2 with breakfast. We were advertised with a good view however the view was not as we expected. It was not at all a view, its view opened up into a small alley filled with pipings and outdoor airconds. When we first enter the room, it was filled with a weird strong mushy smell

Strategic location just 4-5 minutes by walking distance to Jam Gadang. A lot of nearby resto/warung to eat. Cleaness could be improved but overall nice place to stay.
