服務態度很好，清潔有待改進。冷氣不冷，網線非常差。房間算是滿意的，衹是沒有牙刷牙膏。垃圾桶太小了。。。

When I'm arrived, there's a lot of free parking. So i like about it. What I don't like is about swimming pool. I thought there's an outdoor or private swimming pool for adults only. But when I'm asking about swimming pool, all staff said the same thing that the swimming pool is within waterpark that need to pay RM29 for entrance. A bit disappointed because when I'm make a booking, I thought there's a free swimming pool but it was not One more things, Bayou Lagoon Park Resort need to update some photos each of different rooms. Not all rooms use the same photo. Rooms not same as given photos. About cleanliness, I'm sorry. There's scratch on the floor and there's a stain of blood on bed. ☹️

Away from the hussle & bustle of the city centre ...a nice getaway holiday retreat indeed ! The water park for the kids is a great outdoor alternative from the "screens" Definitely love the jacuzzi & shower facilities in the room ....a delight not available in most hotels & resorts that I hv been to . A MUST TRY !

Room is spacious. Suitable for familiy with kids. Breakfast ok la. Buffet. Not many choice of food. Food rating 3.5 Nice staff. Dissappointed coz the card key not function. Then the staff replace new 1.

MMG tip top semua servis hotel.. tetapi servis utk waterpark amat teruk dan tk bleh tolak ansur.. tidak sepatutnya Ank dh besar ibu bapa terpaksa masuk ke juga utk jaga ank² di dalam jagaan waterpark sbb tiket yg di beli sudah cukup mahal utk guest yg B40 kesian pada B40 cth seperti Sya dtg dari jauh tidak ade kelonggaran utk ibu tidak ikut sekali.. sbb saya lihat kawalan dalam waterpark sudah cukup selamat utk Ank Sya berumur 14 thn & 12 thn ☹️ tiket sepatutnya harga lebih rendah kerana Sya guest dari hotel bukan guest di waterpark sahaja.. 😡

Location quite far from nearby shops or mamak places. Bedroom was okay, freshly new towel, and toilet was clean. Stay a night for waterpark activities and Jalan Jalan Makan Makan Malacca.

during check in had to wait in line for a long time and the room was not available. the atmosphere of the room is not comfortable. but the most disappointing is the poor theme park area. a pool that is dirty, mossy and not clean. very disappointing with our family vacation. not worth the fee. difficult parking area.
