The best personnel ever , my credit card are blocked at the moment of ordering taxi, so I was really late to the airport without any money to order new taxi and one of the ladies on reception made for me post paid booking , and they saved my life otherwise I would loose like 1.5K euro. God bless for her , best service ever !

Opted for upgrading to a junior suite. The room was immaculate with a picturesque view, timeless interiors, and decent facilities. The complimentary minibar supplies were also luscious. The staff was hospitable and caring, and attentive to every detail. An exceptionally wonderful and pleasant stay overall.

一切都很好，算不上奢華，但一切都好。設施完善，維護良好，房間每日打掃，工作人員訓練有素，個個禮帽，達到五星級服務水準。樓下停車位實際上是一個單獨的可以封閉的停車間，就跟自家車庫一樣。早晚餐豐富到吃不過來，味道不錯。有質量很好的拖鞋，免費桑拿，房間裡有電熱水壺，速溶咖啡，冰箱裡竟然還有免費的酒水飲料。

We had a great stay here. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room had everything you’d need and was large and clean. The hotel roof pool was very nice. There was a free to use (though you pay a refundable deposit) parking garage under the hotel. St Paul’s Bay was a great place to base yourself to explore the island.

Amazing hotel with excellent facilities and exceptionally friendly staff. The rooftop pool is a great highlight, offering a relaxing atmosphere and a beautiful view. Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This hotel was definitely amongst some of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. There were many positives to name so I'll start off with the building itself: quietly situated near a residential area with food and shopping nearby. The hotel has its own underground garage, though spaces are limited and are on a first come, first served basis, but still, to have an on-site guest parking is definitely a huge thumbs up. The room was immaculately clean, well decored, with a generous sized living and washroom, and also a lovely balcony which was a bonus. The breakfast buffet was very good too, had a lot of selections, very enjoyable food and a live kitchen for all your omlette needs. I'd go as far as saying the breakfast is definitely worth paying for, and is far better than some higher branded chains that I'd been to. The only drawback, and I'm only really nitpicking here, was the wash the basin. Because of the way the basin was designed, it's almost level flat, so when brushing teeth, the waste just sits there which can be frustrating. The other issue I found was, the shower cubicle isn't really watertight, so you're left with a puddle of water for everytime a shower is taken. But like I said, these are just all nitpicks and doesn't in anyway deter from the fact that the hotel is deserved of a 5* review. So the question remains for me to ask is, would I stay here again? Of course I would. Would I recommened friends and family? In a heartbeat! Well done Best Western Premier, Malta 👏🏽. Keep up the good work.

Bugibba at S.Paul Bay is a quiet place to do a special 訂房網站 of a naturalistic and seaside tour of isle. Hotel is a very comfortable place with superior offer , stuff was warm , professional and very welcoming , careful to client needs. Near there are seafront to do endless walks and breath breeze , nearby Aquarium maltese.

Struttura elegante ben curata con tutti i comfort per un soggiorno rilassante . Camere spaziose pulite ed arredate con gusto, letto comodissimi. Colazione eccellente con una vastissima scelta di prodotti freschi e di qualità.
