Отель очень понравился, еда вкусная и разнообразная! Понравились а-ля карт рестораны и живая музыка вечером! Очень понравился ресторан с вкусными десертиками! Очень доброжелательный персонал!

Had a lovely holiday here with my son and my Dad Friendly reception staff. Great room on top floor with tasteful decor with good views and terrace (I booked a 2 room, room option). The outdoor swimming pool was busy but a bit cool for me in May, but the indoor pool was really warm and not busy. On half board, great selection of foods most days (I'm Veggie, so more limited, but still good). Staff very accommodating to me asking for plain pasta for my son instead of kids options. Only thing i would say, is there is an Adults only area, which isnt that clear and one of the staff very grumpily moved us out of it even though we had sat there a couple of times previously, saying there is a sign, but its facing the food, not the entrance so not obvious at all. There is a kids club open for AM and PM session which I didn't work out until towards end of holiday, it is mentioned, but not well advertised, but my 6 years old son had a lovely time with the staff there when he tried it and kept wanting to go back in our last 3 days which he's often reluctant to do in other places. Had 2 small issues which were promptly resolved, 1st, my son managing to lock the safe, security came within couple of minutes of call, then 1 evening, power in room stopped working, again, someone turned up to fix it quickly. All in all, recommended as long as your happy by a beach that's for most part rock rather than sand (small sand beach attached to hotel I think but I didn't go to that bit). Also, bus station is more or less behind back corner of hotel and Google maps great for telling you which bus to get on for days out.

The location of the hotel is outstanding—perfectly situated and close to everything you could need. The hotel itself is spacious, elegant, and offers plenty to enjoy. Our room was beautifully maintained, with stunning views and all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The buffets offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the on-site restaurants delivered excellent food and service. We especially enjoyed the pool area and spa facilities, which were clean, well-maintained, and incredibly relaxing. Most importantly, every member of the staff was exceptionally helpful, warm, and welcoming, making our stay truly enjoyable. I would like to say a special thank you to Mr Moataz Gharib and to Denis, Rabi, Janahat and all those who made a stay Amazing. We appreciated it. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malta—it truly exceeded our expectations.

房間蠻大的但是床不怎麼舒服實在太軟了；酒店位置也還不錯，特別適合有安排去遊覽北面景點；早餐食材選擇一般，味道普通

Absolutely incredible hospitality from the staff during our stay. We were greeted at check in with cookies and offered an extra! The room was lovely, clean, comfortable, and had everything you need to feel at home. We were on a Christmas couples' getaway but also had some work to do, and the wifi connection in the room and common areas were strong enough for us to take work calls. The breakfast buffet had an amazing spread, they did eggs in half a dozen different ways and had sweet and savoury, hot and continental, and even traditional Maltese options - among all our travels this year, this was the best hotel breakfast we experienced. The gym was visible to pedestrians outside the hotel so it felt a bit strange doing our workouts so visibly. The hotel had both an outdoor and indoor pool, which we used, as well as a steam room. The location is super convenient, there is a bus stop into Valletta right around the corner, a supermarket a street up, several good restaurants around and inside the hotel too, and it is not too far from Cafe Del Mar.

Great size room! Good bathroom supplies.Tea/coffee facilities,fridge in room and iron which was a bonus. My room view was of a construction crane in this occasion sea view not worth it. Good location, plenty shops/restaurants around. First night was horrible, people drunk banging on doors running up and down corridors, Xmas events were happening in the hotel. I thought St Paul’s bay would be quieter than St Julian’s, I was wrong. It is December I guess. Walls and ceilings thin, could hear everyone! I Didn’t get to use the pool, was filled with small kids each time I went. Spa was expensive compared to other hotels, I used a different hotel at half the price for more treatments instead. At breakfast tables were sectioned off by the windows with sea view and breakfast manager said it was for lunch “because lunch guests complained”. Doing this from 9.30am made no sense and was inconsiderate to breakfast guests. Breakfast was excellent. Good selection and tasty. Reception staff friendly. Pretty Xmas displays throughout hotel. Would I stay again, no.
