I stayed at Small Recoleta Hotel for three nights and, unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. The location (5/5) is excellent, making it easy to explore the city. The staff (5/5) were friendly and helpful, which was the highlight of my stay. However, the cleanliness (3/5) was just okay—acceptable but not great. The biggest issue is the facility (1/5). The hotel is very dated and in desperate need of renovation. The windows are in bad shape, and everything feels worn out. In one word—outdated. It has potential, but until serious improvements are made, I wouldn’t recommend it.
