在布宜諾思埃利斯搞活動，但是沒有預計到酒店這麼成舊，挨著五月廣場，位置可以，早餐牛角麵包也不錯，應該是阿根廷一大特色。房間裡的免費玻璃瓶裝水，每天都看運氣，時而有時而無，晚上幫同事去前台去要免費瓶水，結果小夥子服務態度太差，各種無視，讓去找酒水吧枱，酒水吧枱又説沒有免費水，拿了兩瓶瓶裝水記在了房間裡，懶得跟他們辯。至於早餐，有兩次我都跟服務員説要煎雞蛋，兩次都是是超過半小時沒上來，連續兩天都這個情況。我早上都有工作，沒時間等下去，不知道是不是對我們中國人不太友好。反正以後不會再住了。也不推薦。

唯一滿意的地方是位置不錯。住了八天，早餐沒有變化，一模一樣，衹有甜點有輕微變化。你不提醒，他們是不會主動在房間裡放水。最不滿意的地方是退房以後私自從你信用卡扣錢！沒有通知！然後想要賬單要了好幾天了，至今未果！迄今為止住過最不滿意的酒店！

위치 빼고 추천할게 단 한가지도 없음 추가적인 예약 서비스는 바라면 안됨 어쩔 수 없이 시간만 때우며 일하는 리셉션 직원들 시설 룸 인테리어는 테러수준 유일하게 로비가 젤 나음 룸에서 개미도 아닌 작은 벌레 무더기 출몰 청소 직원들 문제 아닌 듯 시설이 워낙 오래되고 방역 관리가 안되는 이유인 듯 재방문 의사 전혀 없음

Very bad experience. I stayed at this hotel before and had a wonderful experience. However, this time was completely different. I booked a standard room (last time I was in kind of a suite - but as it was big this time I chose standard room), which looked nice on the website. But when I arrived, the room was nothing like the photos. Not inviting at all. The wall where I sleep were dirty, and although I mentioned it to the staff and asked them to clean, they said they will handle it but nothing was done. The safe box was locked when I entered the room, I couldn’t open it. The room telephone was also out of order, I couldn’t call the reception, so I went to the reception to request assistance—they promised to send someone to fix the safe, but no one showed up. I stay in room 211, and I am extremely disappointed with this stay.  The breakfast - excellent

The room was not far from a Disco with non-stop music playing until 4:00am. I called receptionist and asked for earplug but was not available,After complaining, we were moved to another room which was more quiet. We stay in this hotel for 4 nights and had to re-activate our hotel card everyday (after it failed to open the door). Breakfast was definitely not the standard for 5 stars hotel.

The location is absolutely good. Just talk a 3- minute walk to the Casa Rosada. 1 min walk to the metro entrance. Numerous buses routes are nearby. Sightseeing places are in walkable distances. The breakfast is really good too. Many different choices of food. Fruits, bakery, vegetables, beverages…etc.
