I stayed 3 nights in Palladio which is ranking top 5 luxury hotel in 訂房網站 1st night: the shower pressure is very low, asked the front desk to fix. And after fixed, the temperature can’t adjust normally. Asked the front desk to fix again, it spend almost 30 mins to fix. It was late, and I needed to get up early next day. Eventually, it’s not not totally fixed but I am too tired to ask again and shower in super hot water 2nd night: they finally fixed the shower, but there is a giant grey dust at the edge of the bathtub; without my glasses, I fist thought is a died rat. (See the picture) 3rd night, they forgot to put the bath map, I am lazy to ask them. The air condition is very loud, I have to turn off to sleep Breakfast is average Staff are friendly but sadly to say I just experienced too many bad things in my room Location is good

Я очень долго выбирала отели из 5*, чтоб было не слишком дорого и обязательно был балкон! С балконом мне повезло, он был огромным, как терраса и с отличным видом на парк (13 этаж). Номера чистые, но в них не было зубной щетки и зубной пасты. Персонал был не очень приветливый, может быть складывалась моя усталость (джетлаг)

I stayed here for 6 nights and 3 nights in the Palasio Duhau Park Hyatt and I think this hotel is better than the Palasio Duhau. The service was top-notch. The staff from the front desk to bellboy and restaurant staff, all are eager to help, friendly and professional. They have a great breakfast buffet and a cute bar that offers great drinks. The only problem i will say is the bathroom facilities: the shower doesn't seem to work very well. During my stay (4 different rooms) i have had a few times the shower didn't work (no water, no hot water etc.). The toilet couldn't flush well and the water came out. I think there's a fundamental drainage problem. But the handyman did come very quickly to fix it. We ordered room service several times and they are great! I will for sure recommend this place if you come to Buenos Aires.

My stay was fantastic and relaxing. Staff are friendly plus rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was heaven.
