Terrace is awesome, staff friendly. Vacak the cat is awesome too. This hostel is a great option to spend some time on the island, had a good night sleep and it was clean. Often though staff can be missing from the reception during the stated reception hours, and nearby is more of a party scene with few quality dining options. The 400ft Costa coffee capsules aren't exactly good either, so there is some space for improvement compared to some of the newer hostels in town.

The place is beautiful with the roof garden lots of flowers and greenery overlooking the river, that links to some of the rooms, lots of seating. Good facilities - the shower was freezing cold in the morning but worked later in the day. There was an equipped kitchen provided. The place is on an island so a little further out but there are bikes and buses, or like a 15 min walk to the nearest shop main land.
