前台服務很好，因為飛機到的很早，九點多就到酒店，因為房間全滿沒辦法幫我提前入住，前台還很抱歉。房間面積大，早餐也不錯，物超所值。

位置方便，機場巴士可在附近下車，又近中央火車站。早餐款色多，好味。但沒有熱水提供，要自備旅行熱水煲。

非常不錯，酒店房間很乾凈也很大。前台服務很到位，飛機晚點但是半夜也會招待客人。含早餐，價格非常優惠。

Strutture molto rumorosa . Si sente tutti i movimenti dalle stanze accanto . Le donne delle pulizie iniziano molto presto alle 6 del mattino quindi battimenti dei carrelli sui muri ogni mattina . La colazione è precaria . Unico punto forte vicini sia alla metro che hai tram e il distributore delle bevande e caffè aperto 24h . Non è a fatto un hotel 4 stelle !!!

地下鉄の駅から近くて便利でした。 部屋も綺麗で天窓から外が見えるのも気持ちよくてよかったです。(ちゃんとカーテン的なものも付いていました) 設備は固形石鹸と體の全てに使えるチューブの石鹸、ドライヤー、タオルぐらいしかありません。 個人的にはティッシュがないのが不便だったので、持っていくといいと思います。 あとはバスローブもなかったので、部屋でくつろぐ用の服やパジャマも持って行った方がいいかもしれないです。 1つ謎な點はハンガーが固定されていて使いづらかったです。 でも他は朝食もおいしかったし、部屋も広くて綺麗でここのホテルで良かったです。

The first day when we checked in, there was a horrible smell like from sewerage in the room. The next day a lady came, put something in the shower and toilet. But smell wasn’t coming from there. It was from air conditioning. We asked to change the room. And the second room was much better, with cups, coffee and tees, which were absent in the first room. At first it was okay. But then the smell came the next day. Again. Also about breakfast, it was satisfactory, but not good. Since we don‘t eat pork there were very little choice for us to choose from.

房間距離地鐵站很近、附近有超市。我們上午十點到的，就可以直接入住了。晚上很安靜。有免費早餐，品種豐富、吃完直接去火車站、很方便。就是淋浴間挺小的，完全沒法轉身。

Good location with easy access to metro M4 and close to train station. Spacious room but with only one chair, small shower cage and open shelf for clothing hanging and storage, which draw down the level of living. A curious smell from the bathroom made more difficult to stay inside. A lot things need to be improved for matching the four-star hotel.
