隔音超差，沒有前台，租客做乜都得，隔離係陽台大聲播音樂，開飲酒party 吵到訓唔到，陽台隔倒塌，隔離房嘅人可以係陽台行入我房。前台回覆超慢，升級房型等了三小時，加埋錢又話佢要收工，當時只係下午1730，都唔比upgrade或換房。樓下附近都係酒吧，大量醉酒佬和無家可歸在家乞錢的流浪漢。

衞生：很差，被子上毛髮很多，感覺沒有洗過，屋內發現螞蟻。 環境：一般 服務：沒有服務，全程網上辦理，費勁。還沒退房，管理員就來查房了，心情不好。關健大廳保安態度極差，差點把我們家85歲的老爺子給打了，就不是人乾的事！ 設施：一般。

Wir waren sehr begeistert von dem Apartment. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt sowie angenehm kühl als wir angekommen sind. Nur schade war, dass wir erst um 15 Uhr einchecken konnten und nirgendwo unser Gepäck lagern konnten. Gerne wieder

We were a bit worry after reading some review, about the noise level because of the bar nearby and problem with not receiving check in instruction. Our room turn out great, enjoy our stay so much. We have booked the balcony room. the room is big and clean, kitchen facilities is good. Didn't heard any noise from downstair. The air cond control panel is a bit confusing, but not a big problem.

Buen apartamento con todo lo necesario, bien decorado, cómodo y buena conexión a internet. Las instalaciones del edificio son bastante recientes y la zona donde está ubicado tiene mucho ambiente y sitios para comer a cualquier hora del día. Recomendable

Very very troublesome. 訂房網站 tried to contact me few days before my stay asking for my email for the hotel to send me instructions. Need to download app etc. Very late check in at 4pm for me. Waited since 12.30pm with my luggages. No luggage storage. Not just me, outside the hotel there were 4 other groups of people waiting and keeps refreshing their email waiting for the check in. Check out at 10am, I have no idea why 3pm still can't finish cleaning. During my 3 day stay there were no cleaning at all so what are you busy with?

I had booked two apartments for two people after we arrived at the location at 5:00 in the afternoon there was no one to welcome us there is no reception there is no one to assist you. We tried to register online but the system had some problem and we were unable to. then we tried to contact something like reception by phone but the woman who called didn't know any English at all she behaved rudely and arrogantly and hung up the phone twice. After standing for nearly an hour in front of the entrance to the apartments, we were unable to get in. We had to book another hotel to stay at. I would like my amount refunded back to my credit card. What the owners of this property are doing is absolutely unacceptable. Once again I am convinced that this country and this city are absolutely not good.
