離歌劇院很近 飯店乾淨衛生 早餐很豐富 地點在正市中心 到哪裡都很近 但是價格也相對其他飯店高一點 不過是值得的 下次來還是會住 服務也很棒

Our recent stay at the Pullman Budapest was largely positive, though with a couple of minor hiccups. Upon arrival, we were immediately impressed by the fantastic service and the hotel's unexpected kindness in upgrading our room. The room itself was quite stylish and comfortable, featuring a clean, minimalist aesthetic with a large, inviting bed and crisp white linens, as seen in the photo. The artistic wall mural behind the bed added a unique touch of warmth and color to the space. The bathroom, which appears to be integrated into the room's design, was modern and well-appointed with a sleek sink and ample towel storage. However, our initial experience was marred by a blocked sink in our upgraded room, which, while frustrating, was resolved within two days. Another somewhat unusual incident occurred late one night when we requested a refill for our water bottles; we were asked to bring the bottles down to the reception for refilling, which felt a bit unconventional for a hotel of this caliber. Despite these minor issues, the Pullman Budapest proved to be a decent hotel, offering good service and comfortable accommodations.

Останавливались в Pullman Budapest и остались в полном восторге! Отель современный, стильный и очень уютный. Номер просторный, с удобной кроватью и отличной звукоизоляцией — отдых был действительно комфортным. Персонал невероятно дружелюбный и внимательный, всегда готовы помочь и подсказать. Расположение отеля тоже порадовало: рядом остановки общественного транспорта, легко добраться до главных достопримечательностей города. Однозначно рекомендую Pullman всем, кто ценит качество, комфорт и высокий уровень сервиса. Обязательно вернёмся снова!

Was a pleasure to stay at Pullman. The gym was equipped well. Just rooftop bar was a bit disappointing, as they didn’t offer the usual cocktails.

I stayed here for 5 days. First of all, the breakfast is very rich. The cleaning of the room is very serious and warm. Secondly, the service of the front desk is very warm. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. If I have another chance, I will choose Pullman again. I will recommend Pullman to my family and friends.

酒店免費升級了套房，房間很大，但是酒店玻璃窗外有裝飾幕牆影響了看景，其他設施服務都屬於pullman該有的水平，地理位置也不錯，離購物中心很近，總體體驗感還不錯。
