I booked this hotel, paid the money online. When I arrived at the address, there is an entrance door and no information how to get inside. I started calling the number I've got with my reservation, but nothing. Then 訂房網站 sent me another number. The man on the phone said: We don't have any rooms available, you can go to another hotel. When I said that I already paid, he didn't care and kept saying they are fully booked, go somewhere else. Thanks to the 訂房網站 team, I got refund. But experience was very unpleasant with Central Avenue apartments.
