我的人生公寓，設備齊全又一塵不染。地點位在寧靜的住宅區內，也離複合式賣場很近。傢俱跟餐具都很高品質，床非常舒服好睡很多傢俱都是IKEA的，搭配起來也很有設計感。可以想像成住在IKEA樣品屋，唯一的問題是浴室地板有點滑要小心。我一定會再來。

酒店衛生挺幹淨的，但是呢交通呢就是一般，而且入住挺費事的，沒有住酒店好，房間也不是很大。

The space is more spacious than I thought for two people. Very convenient in terms of public transportation as you can take the number 1 tram to Obudai if arriving from keleti rail station or a local bus. The kitchen and floor space all highly clean. No signs of visible dust. All the blinds being controlled by a button is another nice addition. One thing is that the kitchen space can feel tiny if you want to cook a proper meal (I only chopped a watermelon)

I had a wonderful experience staying at this apartment. It was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities provided. The location was convenient, with shops, restaurants, and public transport nearby. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The apartment was tastefully decorated and felt like a home away from home. The host was friendly, responsive, and made check-in and check-out easy. I appreciated the attention to detail and comfort throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable place to stay.

Great, cozy, completely clean modern apartments in the 3rd district of Budapest located nearby the ruins of archaelogical monument of 4th century AD "Cella Trichora". Train stations of 1, 1A, 41, 17 and 19 trams in walking distance so you can reach the city center in 15-20 minutes. Very quiet and safe area even at the late evenings and nights. Groceries Spar and Lidl in 250 and 700 meters from the place accordingly. Well equipped apartments (capsule coffee maker, kettle, smart TV, hair dryer, fridge etc), smart house building, nice view from the balcony at the Buda Hills. Keyless access to the building as well as apartments, convinient push notifications and quick communication through SmartApart app. Cleaning every 3rd day is more than enough but you could use "do not disturb" option if needed. I have enjoed my 7-day stay in Smart Óbuda apartments and definetely will consider it for my future visits to Budapest. Thank you!

방이 따로 되어있어 숙면 하기 좋았어요 방 침대 위 창문 너머 뷰도 한적하니 좋고 베란다 뷰도 고즈넉하니 집들이 있는 뷰 좋고 깔끔하고 깨끗했어요 스마트한 아파트에요

Great and tidy apartment, convenient placement - tramline, spar and lidl nearby. There was a problem with AC at first but it was solved pretty quickly, response time from support was nice. Would definitely come back here if given a chance.

Amazing apartment Lidl and Aldi nearby tram service few minutes walk and very easy to use we used maps on our phones find us which tram and metro to get to our destination quiet area which was nice when you've been sight seeing all day

The apartment was good, but there were too many mosquitoes. If you opened the window, mosquitoes would come inside, making it difficult to sleep. If you kept the window closed, it became too hot to sleep comfortably.
