I picked this hotel as it was close to the person I was visiting. Although in a very old house converted to a hotel the room was OK. There is rarely someone at reception to resolve any issues. I was there 6 nights. After 4 nights the hotel was supposed to change my bed sheets. Never happened. When it warmed up in Bucharest the last two nights, I tried to turn on the air conditioner. Did not work. Suspected dead batteries. Someone different was at reception. Asked to have AC checked. He said when the technician arrived he would do so. Came back that evening, no AC and the remote in the same place where I left it. No one at reception so left the remote on reception desk with note. Never fixed. Room never cleaned. Garbage not emptied. Coffee pods not replaced. I got a person cleaning the hallway to get me some more. Towels not replaced. I was only one person so latter not so important. Perhaps if you are staying there ONE night it might be OK but I do not recommend it for multinight stay.
