訂了3間1晚雙人床房，當天下午18:00辦理入住，給了1間雙人床房，剩下2間都是兩張窄床，其中一間完全沒打掃，另外一間門鎖壞了無法刷卡進入，去前台處理當時前台也沒有其他客人，但兩名服務人員對我們愛答不理態度惡劣，還告知不能退款。這種管理和衞生水平出差在外的人實在是不敢住，最終我們改定了JW萬豪。訂房網站是怎麼管理加盟酒店的？向訂房網站投訴這個問題就一個回答：已經過了免費取消時限。堅決投訴到底！

酒店位置好距離景點近，非常感謝前台女生！在我需要時給我打印了好幾頁旅遊資料，正是因為這樣我在這裡又多住了一晚。 機場候機樓門口排隊的正規出租車沒有打表，司機一路上非常客氣地和我攀談，到酒店衹有10公里卻向我要400lei（600多人民幣），我向他要收據，他不給還狡辯説由於堵車，進入市區後，司機不走主街專走旁邊小區裡的路，所以用了將近五十分鐘，大白天的就發生這樣的事，這是敲詐啊，我告訴他去警察局吧，到那裡我付你錢，他不去，僵持了兩分鐘，我説去酒店前台吧，在那裡我付你錢，他最終説衹要100lei就可以了，這是合理的價格，我付費了，但由於這個人我對這個城市這個國家的第一印象也了打折扣。

Cons: No daily complimentary water provided. Beds are way too soft. Can be very noisy with heavy music beats from the pub just across the hotel. In house restaurant service can do with more smile and friendliness. Pros: Great location, right at the edge of the Old Town. Loads of food choices, every during the Easter holidays. Near to some iconic restaurants like Hanu Manuc and Caru car Bere.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect—just a few hundred meters from the express bus route 100 from the airport, and right in front of a major metro interchange station. There’s also a bus stop conveniently located right in front of the hotel. Unirea Shopping Mall is within walking distance, and it’s situated in the heart of Old Town Bucharest, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The area is vibrant, with plenty of bars and halal restaurants just behind the hotel, offering a great variety of dining options. The room was exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, featuring a great view and even a coffee machine for added convenience. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations with its prime location, modern amenities, and accessibility. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

酒店位置絕佳，但唯一不好是在酒吧街上，晚上很吵，尤其是放著打擊樂的音樂，一直要鬧到臨晨兩三點，絕對睡不好，跟酒店前台提但貌似也沒辦法管對面去，房間還行吧，沒有特別印象，總之就是一切都中規中矩，餐食也是一樣。

The location was great. Right now, there's a massive construction site towards the fountain though, so very noisy, plus the normal traffic on that side of the building. Bathroom was not exactly clean, especially the shower. Staff was friendly.
