窓のない部屋を予約しました。料金も安かったのですが、迷路のようなホテルで部屋が狹くて少し怖かったです。火事になったら脫出できなそうです。ホテルの中は細い階段通路があり、迷路のようです。 2泊しました。女性スタッフは親切でした

Brxxl 5 City Centre Hostel was a fantastic place to stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location is excellent—close to the city center and easy to reach main attractions. The staff provided top-notch service, always friendly and helpful. Amenities were also great and made the stay convenient and enjoyable. A great option for solo travelers looking for a well-located and comfortable stay in Brussels.

I love each and every one 💓 💕 who works there. They are all from Morocco. They have lots of patience with new guests every day. They are very kind, polite and helpful. I am going to stay there again this coming Thursday. I highly recommend this hostel for everyone to stay.

I did a late check-in. The reception is open 24 hours so I was able to check in with peace of mind. It was hard to work at night so as not to disturb other guests. There are no curtains for the beds. There is a bathroom and toilet in one room.

Bed and blanket were good. They don’t provide padlock for lockers and towels. You would have to rent it from them.  Bathrooms was clean but clogged.

The location is great with a short 15 minute walk to the old town centre and south/midi train station. The receptionist was very helpful and let me put my bags in the storage room with a key before check-in as I arrived early that day. But the room felt dirty. There were clothes/ towels/ earplugs that were left over by whoever was staying there before in the wardrobe and on the side of the bed (and they look like they’ve been there for AWHILE). The toilet didn’t look clean, though it didn’t smell. Still, not a clean room. Plus, there was just no where to hang our clothes and towels. No hangers were provided, no hooks from the walls or beds, the only semi-wardrobe has a single rod with two hangers tied to it (couldn’t take the hangers out, and the wardrobe is half-occupied with long-discarded clothes at the bottom, it didn’t feel clean enough to hang my jacket and towels in).

El personal muy amable, las habitaciones están bien, el baño bien, solo la ducha tarda en desagotar y se inunda, el resto todo bien, cerca de la estación de tren.
