It was great, the location is near the metro,the staffs are great too even if I booked last minute and arrived past 12mid. They free coffee,teas and water refilling station❤️ All facilities functions well too.

較為方便，旁邊有很多餐飲及一家超市，但夏天要注意不要住靠廣場一側，不開窗太熱，開窗下面廣場上的聚會人群和垃圾車會吵的無法入睡

房間位置很好。停車也方便。雖然要錢就在樓下。市中心去哪個景點都方便。就是路邊稍微有點吵，房間有點小。

位置很好，附近很多吃的，出門就是tram 。 附近感覺蠻安全，前後不到50米就有兩家超市。 走路三分鐘家很好吃的義大利餐廳， A casa Mia 註冊飯店飯店會員的話，可以提早入住。

We stayed at Citadines Sainte-Catherine Brussels for 2 nights. The location is definitely a plus – it’s convenient and within walking distance to many sights in Brussels. However, we were quite surprised to learn that there’s no cleaning service or towel replacement for short stays under 6 days. This made things a bit uncomfortable, especially when traveling with family. We booked a studio apartment for 4 people. While the main bed was okay, the sofa bed was not very comfortable to sleep on. We also didn’t take the breakfast option, so can’t comment on that. Overall, a decent stay for the location, but some of the amenities and comfort could definitely be improved.

Odanın temizliği çok iyi değildi ama olanaklar yeterliydi. Isınmada bir problem yaşamadık. Kahvaltı dahil konaklama aldığımız için kahvaltısından faydalandık. Gerçekten çok güzel seçenekleri oldukça fazla ve her şey lezzetliydi. Konum en merkezi town hall a yürüyerek 10 dk mesafede hemen otelin önünde metro olması da çok iyiydi. Teşekkürler.

Location is within walking distance to city. But the service attitude at the reception was bad. So terrible that I cannot believe this is Citadines standard. Both staff treated us like we owed them a living, don't even bother to smile or greet guests. Left us hanging around without bothering to help for more than 1hour! Luggages, please carry by yourself, even to wheel it to their holding room..absolutely no service. Worst than hostels. Citadine management, I hope u are reading this.
