We stayed there for one night. The location is amazing and just at the heart of the center. We had to leave in the very early morning and they accepted to serve us the breakfast thank you the kitchen lady. Highly recommended this hotel if you will come. Our hotel view was the lake this experience was also unforgettable! Thank you..

The location is very good, right in the city centre. Walking distance to attraction places and it only takes minutes. The only dislike thing about this place was we booked 2 rooms, our room is fine,but my parents room is super smelly, the carpet stink all over the room. Recommend ppl come to this place, ask the hotel staff for the upper floors room.

Amazing service, arrived late due to tunnel delays and they were very helpful throughout the process. Every time we called or emailed they were very quick with a response. The rooms were very nice. Breakfast is good but not amazing but definitely worth the money. The location is fantastic, breakfast was overlooking the canal.

O Hotel é excelente, muito bem localizado, pertíssimo da praça central de Bruges.
Os quartos são óptimos, confortáveis, com casas de banho muito espaçosas e com todas as comodidades.
Excelente relação preço-qualidade!
Se voltasse a Bruges escolheria novamente este hotel.
nice location with a bus stop nearby to the train station. there are many waffle shops and souvenir shops nearby.
the hotel was renovated from an old building i guess as there is no air conditioner. only a fan was provided.
but the scenery outside the windows is great. can view the river from there. the bathroom was bright and clean.
however, there was a big step from the door to the door. don’t quite understand why such room was provided to us (we were having two big luggages and two hand carry luggages). other rooms don’t have such steps as no notice was placed at their doors.

Prima hotel op toplocatie! Budget kamer was prima, goed bed. We vonden het wel erg warm op de kamer, zelfs met ventilator.
Nadeel van deze A-locatie: parkeren. Ik was in de veronderstelling dat parkeren was inbegrepen maar eenmaal in de buurt van het hotel kwamen we erachter dat dit niet kon. Niet goed gelezen of het stond niet duidelijk genoeg vermeld op deze site. Gewoon betaald parkeren in nabij gelegen parkeergarage.

Heel fijn hotel, heerlijke bedden en super vriendelijke medewerkers. Het ontbijt was prima.
Het hotel ligt heel centraal. Wij hebben bij het station geparkeerd en hebben het laatste stuk gelopen. Dit gaat goed met een rugzak of weekendtas. Met een trolley zou ik het zelf niet doen vanwege de kleine steentjes.
