就在公交車站旁，從火車站過來一站路。非常方便。房間住的挺舒服，安靜，早餐很好，可以自己動手做華夫餅。

Was leuk beetje oudbollig hotel. Helaas was het niet overal even schoon. Zeker boven en onder het bed. Mijn dochter liet iets vallen en er was lang niet schoongemaakt onder het bed. Lag oud flesje water. Verder erg aardig en ontbijt was perfect. De ligging is helemaal top maar let op parkeren is even lastig.

The only thing good about the hotel was the location. Every thing else was bad. This is NOT a hotel you should book if you are driving and will like to park your car. The hotel will tell you that there is a huge public parking right across but will not tell you that to get to the parking lot will take 15 minutes of driving though walking back is 5 minutes. Also there are no clear directions and the whole old town is mostly one way. Hotel is old and not well maintained. Color scheme is very dark and lights very gloomy. Paint on walls and even doors are in bad shape. Washroom need lot of upgrades. I would never again stay in this hotel in fact will stay away from NH hotel chain.

Hotel staff was so rude and not patient to handle issue when we checking out the room, we just simply ask few questions regarding the city tax and she was not patient to answering and gave us very “mean” answers. There is no service but only transactional experience in this hotel. It was a very disappointed experience in my 訂房網站. The staff(the one who handle my check out only) should have much more training and improvement plan on her attitude to customers before putting her back to her role. Definitely not recommend to someone who expect good customer service for their holidays.

Stayed at NH Brugge for 2 nights. Hotel is located around 10mins walk or 1 bus ride away from the Brugge train station. We arrived around 4pm and there was a line for the check-in. The rooms are quite spacious and has aircon, and the bed is comfortable. Overall we had a good experience in this hotel.

We hadden een overnachting in Brugge met het gezin en daarom een familiekamer geboekt. Het Hotel heeft een wat ouderwetse inrichting, maar het is allemaal heel netjes verzorgd en we hadden een uitzonderlijk vriendelijk en behulpzaam ontvangst van een dame die duidelijk plezier heeft in haar werk. Dat is sowieso goud waard.
