Next to the Belfort so the location is one of the best. The staff speak English well. But limited amenities. We get upgrade to the room with bath tub and bacolby

The hotel is situated right behind The Balfort which is really handy. Unfortunately the stated check in time of 2pm was not correct. The room was not ready so we went off to see some sights On the third attempt at 3.15pm when we were told 'another 30mins' we decided to wait and finally got into the room at 3.30pm. This budget hotel could be so great, but it has a feeling of 'Faulty Towers' about it. It feels like the owners need some assistance to bring their business into the current century. The reception area could easily be made much more welcoming to start with. It would also be worth while in investing in some new pillows as the ones we had were the worst lumpy pillows I have ever come accross.
