From the welcome to all the staff. Right on the water with chairs and towels ready. Housekeeping was on point the whole week. Stayed and ate at Deep Oceanfront. The food was amazing. Great time will be looking to check in again soon. Thanks.

A lovely retreat. We had a wonderful time. A four star resort experience. Reasonable prices. Wonderful breakfast smoothies. A delicious lunch and dinner menu. Big airy rooms. A relaxed tropical modern vibe. Very friendly staff. One suggestion would be additional umbrellas on the beach as they all run out by 8 AM. The hotel can easily buy more umbrellas and Provide shade For the hotel guest, who want to lounge at the beach. That said we did not spend much time doing that we were having too much fun playing volleyball, frisbee, swimming and football. There’s no hotel gym. But overall, An excellent resort with a chill out vibe

Hotel was in a great location and the amenities were very nice. Pool(s) and beach were top of the line. Unfortunately I cannot say the same about the room. It was clean and comfortable, however the television did not work. When we reported it to the front desk, they assured us “we would not be penalized”!!!??? Also, the bathroom was very small and had no towel racks. Main complaint, however, was our room location. Do not book room 104 unless you want to hear elevator dinging and loud guests using said elevator at all hours of the night.
