The first floor, was being remodeled so that put me on the third floor, that room was terrible, holes were in the curtains, it was dark and cold, but the did move me to another room it was good

They gave us a dirty room, one that was clearly not serviced beforehand. The one guy at the front was nice enough to give us a different room that was clean(er). They reuse towels with stains on them. I used my own towel. The shower head had no pressure. This place was way over priced.
