Everything in the room did not work the toilet was all lose and no hot water and the restroom door did not close at all the door to open the balcony y did not closed and the sheets where horribly stained and still at the out was told that the room that they gave me was out of the market nobody was supposed to had stayed there at all it was not rentable it's so frustrated to have to pay for this kind of service

Service was so bad I had to wait 30 minutes just to get my key fixed that quit working every day, and just to find out they didn’t even know I was in my room so they booked others for the same room and they walked in while I was luckily there and didn’t get robbed.

It was okay, but they double booked and gave someone else a key to my room. Luckily I was here. You can’t put your key anywhere close to your phone or wallet or it will stop working. It’s kind of a free for fall with a lot of sketchy people staying.
