I really enjoyed while staying in the hotel. Great location from city centre and direct bus(no.67) in front of hotel. Shop and shopping centre and thej0 swimming pool was couple of mins away from.the ho All the staff were extremely well trained. Receptionist, The breakfast was amazing 👏 😋 so many choices I was full every morning. Cereals, muffins, pancakes, juice, ham, cheese, teas, coffee, bacon, sausage, beans, scrambled eggs, poached eggs, steamed vegetables, dairy drinks, yogurts, fruits, even sauces and condiments were very detailed. Dinner time there was a live piano music. Food was nice as well. We had a drink in the restaurant at night, they serve drink before 11pm. Highly recommended to stay in Cosmopolitan Boby Centrum.

Ich habe ein Deluxe Zimmer gebucht und bekam ein Standard Zimmer, welches ziemlich heruntergekommen war. Die Dame an der Rezeption war ziemlich überheblich, und versuchte sich herauszureden. Nach energischen Beschwerden beim Hotel und Trip.de wurden wir in ein etwas besseres Zimmer umgebucht. Jedoch nicht auf die gebuchte Kategorie. Hier ist der telefonische Kundendienst von Trip.de aber dennoch sehr zu loben. Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und überall wurde geflickschustert. Die Gegend um das Hotel wirkt etwas zwielichtig und heruntergekommen. Das Frühstück war aber sehr gut. Trotzdem werde ich das Hotel nicht empfehlen.
