Was a lovely hotel. Set in central Bristol so perfect location. Room was comfortable, clean and modern. Staff were friendly and professional. I would highly recommend staying. Was a great price for the time of year

Location is in the city center and easy to find. However, in our room the aircondition was not working, at night it was too cold. In the bathroom, the shower drain was clogged, the water overflowed into the bathroom. While entering the hotel, we waited in que to get our room card, the process was very slow.

Amazing location. Close to a lot of the attractions around the city and accessible by public transport. The privilege room was absolutely stunning with very modern decor.

The hotel was clean and the front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Our room was very nice as was the bathroom. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice and the buffet was restocked frequently.
The only downside was an incident that took place in the hotel carpark. We returned to our car in the morning to find the car next to ours had been broken into. Whoever it was had smashed the drivers window with a breeze block!!

Now a days it is very hot and there was aircorn but not working after so many attempts to provide fan no response and at the end I had to get to the reception to request and fan was provided after mid night. And reported so many other issues but bad service was provided.
