The restaurant food was very poor quality and expensive, you would be better off getting food from the airport.
Breakfast was equally poor: if you are not at the front of the queue everything is gone and not replenished.
Overall I feel that hotel is taking advantage of monopoly position at Airport.

The price is not high because it is relatively expensive near the airport, but the hotel is generally good and very suitable for people who want to catch a flight.

Easy to find and located very close to the hotel, a mere 5 minutes walk. There was a very large selection for breakfast, hot and cold foods, and they were tasty. Room was good and bed was comfortable. En-suite toilet was great.

Great location for those early mornings dragging yourself out of bed for an early flight. Breakfast was okay. Hotel room was quiet so got a good nights sleep. One thing I will say was really weird is the toilet door is the wardrobe door 😂 so if you come out of the loo and someone is looking in the wardrobe, they may get a door to the head. And if you leave the bathroom door open you will be seen from the bed. Liked the big window looking out to the carpark but would of loved to of been able to let a bit of fresh air into the room. Restaurant was okay, I think it was £8 for tomato soup that was so hot it burnt my throat and nearly ruined the holiday before it had begun. Will stay again as it's so close to the airport and with TUI you can check your bags in the night before.

Great location, a couple of minutes walk to Bristol departures/arrivals. The check-in and check-out was easy and the staff were very friendly and polite. The amenities in the room was fine. Most hotels these days do decaffeinated tea & coffee and even a range of herbal teas or hot chocolate which I was surprised to find was not an option in the room, just English breakfast tea and regukar nescaffe sachets. The room was really nice, very clean and comfortable, big enough for the suitcases as well. We didn't have hot water for the shower which was a shame. We were in a rush to check-in for our flight so didn't bring it to the attention of the staff. The breakfast had a good range of options, sweet, savoury & healthy. We would stay again for any night-time/early morning flights.

Great location 2 minutes from departures. The room however is very basic and dated. Would rate the quality of the room like a 2/3 star hotel. Not what I would expect of the Hilton hotel group.
