很棒的酒店，位置絕佳，交通便利，附近商場超市俱全，距離布里斯託大學和港口碼頭都是步行可達，早餐也很豐富。唯一的缺點是淋浴排水不好，洗澡時間稍長一點就會水漫金山，工作人員認真做了記錄 説要來修，但是修了半天也沒修好，湊合用吧😂人家態度是真的好，在英國絕對算態度超好的酒店了

房間不是很大，但是相對比較乾淨，床睡著也不錯，早餐還可以，但是天天就那幾樣，吃多了就膩了，主要是酒店位置好，在市中心，附近商場車站都齊全

The staff at the hotel were wonderful. The room was not good due to torn net curtains, hairs and dirt in bathroom and room. Room not vacuumed properly and the sofa bed not made properly. Wear and tear on furniture.

Staff were friendly, hotel was very clean and organised. Free breakfast included at the price was a great deal. Would certainly recommend as a budget option for a stay in Bristol!

The Hotel we found easy to locate, not far from the bus station. Possibly my mistake but thought I had booked a twin room with a double bed but was informed that there were no rooms available with a double bed, so my wife and i put up with a twin room with two single beds. I was surprised there was not a phone in the room incase we needed to contact reception. The hairdryer needed replacing due to it sticking to my wife's hands. All in all we were happy with the room and breakfast and staff were very helpful. So we were pleased.

Small TV; difficult to watch due to the placement. When in bed and the bedside light is on, you can see yourself and the bright reflection of the light in the mirror facing you, so you need to slump down on the bed if you do not want to be distracted by the light reflection. The two biggest gripes are as follows. Housekeeping was very lax asked three times for them to empty my bin in my room, and finally, at 5 p.m., it was emptied. The internet was poor, running at only 10 Mbps, and so slow that I decided to use EE internet at my own expense, as it kept dropping off. It took days for the room to be cleaned, especially the toilet bowl and wash basin. The shower was good, with a strong flow of hot water.

L'habitació una mica petita per q 3 persones. Ens van deixar només tovalloles per 2 persones. No van netejar l'habitació, una tassa de llet i in got que vam fer servir, a l'endemà allà estàvem bruts. Els pots de sabó cabell i dutxa buits. El millor l'esmorzar.
