布里斯托爾雄偉酒店 (Majestic Hotels Bristol)

一連住了三個晚上。總的來説，晚上還是比較安靜的，雖然處於市中心，但不會特別的嘈雜。前台服務還不錯，下次過來可以考慮繼續住。還不錯

房間挺大 樓層比較高 可以看到很不錯的城市景觀 但是入住第一天空調壞了換了房間 後來幾天wifi又壞了 一直沒有修好 而且房間很暗

HThe hotel is fabulous! The view from our room was amazing—the room was comfortable and spacious, equipped with an iron we needed, a hair dryer, and a very comfortable bed. Warm, friendly lighting. Regarding the service, I had read that I needed to reserve parking in advance, so I called, but no one answered. I then sent an email, but didn't receive a response either, so I assumed I wouldn't have access to parking. When I arrived, I told the receptionist that I needed parking, and she told me there was no space available. When I mentioned that I had tried to contact them via call and email, she simply said: "Ah! There was no reply." Her attitude was a bit indifferent. My husband and I went on a tour, found another parking lot, and upon our return, a different receptionist attended to us. She was super friendly and polite and mentioned that there was actually a spot reserved under my name. I told her the other girl had said there weren't any! It was quite confusing, but she kindly offered to let us move our car into their lot. Unfortunately, we had already paid for the other one, so we decided to just leave it as it was. All in all, the initial encounter at reception left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth, but the second receptionist's kindness ended up making our stay a pleasant one. :)

Очень комфортное и удобное расположение. В номерах было всё, кроме розеток у кровати. Телефон заряжал на полу в другом конце комнаты. Очень неудобно. Персонал приветливый, в номерах чисто. Вид превосходный.

I highly highly recommended this hotel we tried this one for the first time instead of where we'd usually stay due to difference in price but wow we were shocked, hotel staff especially the guy who checked us in was so nice and professional and friendly, the room is very spacious and comfortable bed, Aircon is amazing especially with this heat, up on 9th floor, there's shops within walking distance also if need of snacks or drink late at night. We would stay here every time we come Bristol now love this place nothing to say that was bad as there was not anything bad! 5 stars perfection Thank you so much!

Great stay, great staff who go above and beyond and exceptional facilities only caviait is no plugs by bed but we made it work. Staff always greet you when you go in and out of place, 24 hour subway next to hotel and Sainsbury's local next door :)

Staying with friend and rang and email saying wanted Twin or two beds.  Ended up with a large double. No bar or restaurant as advertised on your website. Very dissappointed. Bed was very comfortable though and so was the room. Perfect location to spot the hot air balloons which is why I picked this hotel so very pleased.
