太平洋克利夫蘭舒適酒店 (Comfort Hotel Pacific Cleveland)

Room was very large and beds were comfortable. It was cold when we arrived and the air con had been put on so it was marvellous walking into a warm room. Very happy overall.

因為參加朋友生日聚會才訂這裡，感覺業主不願意在設施上做任何投資。房間的傢俱都像二手店淘來的舊貨。價格還不便宜，下次不會再選這一家了。

The hotel is in a great location, in its early days would have been the place to go, foyer huge with a ballroom restaurant and bar. Staff on the desk weekday is outstanding helpful friendly and a credit to the hotel. My 1st night Killed 2 American cockroaches and could not get the 3rd, called duty manager who brought a can of spray and promised to move me next day, then had huntsman 🕷️. In fairness moved next day but had to wait till afternoon for a room to be cleaned. The room was not the cleanest and is tired with damp , carpet is realy old and not the cleanest, bathroom need a good clean and revamp, room furniture old and dirty. I have written my name and date on the tv cabinet in the dust it’s been there throughout my stay. I rhink the hotel is also used for homeless or people waiting for social Housing some of the guest are a little worrying! Overall less than a one star not somewhere you should stay after a 30 hr flight. I have had several bites overnight, so constantly on bug spider alert. No vending machines as stated, my flight home has been cancelled and have now booked into another hotel.so much better and I can relax and sleep at night with out worrying about what may be in the room ☹️

The location was perfect for our weekend as it was close to everything we needed to go to.
