Was very surprised when I arrived at the standard of this hotel. It was very reasonably priced and I was expecting maybe a 3.5 star room for the price I paid so was very impressed to find I had a spacious one bedroom apartment complete with full kitchen and laundry, very luxurious bathroom and was very homely. Excellent location, straight out the door to one of the main streets of the CBD. No swimming pools or other amenities but I wasn’t phased by that. One of the few hotels left where you can buzz any visitors in and send them up the lift without having to leave your room and go down to meet your guests. They also had photos hanging on the walls inside your apartment with a brief write up about the history of the building which was very interesting. Was especially fascinated by one photo in particular showing the Main Street when people used horses for transport, all pre-car era.

Hotel was in a great location but dirty. Kitchen cupboard door was broken, stains on the carpet, mold in the shower and toilet and there were stains of some sort on the sheets and blankets. Washing machine had what looked like a dead mouse in the filter and the dishwasher filter was so clogged water couldn’t pass thought it. 100% no, never again.

本來覺得這家還不錯但設施是真的差可能房子比較老了吧。洗澡水不是冷就是燙，周邊在施工沒處停車搬行李還得等紅燈過馬路。入住時就和前台説需要延遲退房他們也沒説什麼，可退房時前台那個男的説要加收100，我説昨天怎麼不説他説入住時簽字的單子上有我讓他拿出來，一句一句和他核對還拍了照，明明是他們辦入住還延遲了一個小時倒不説，他們經理跑出來説免收了，第二天按金就退了比布村哪家都快是亮點但也可能是我一番氣宇軒昂演講之故，要不是那個男的拉低了服務分本來能更高。來接送我的護工見證了經過，後來我們在車上時她説我把前台小姑娘嚇壞了，我説前台那個男的陰險得和Sarah Liu一樣他可一點沒嚇著，顯而易見是哪來的**分子，安全起見我果斷取消了這家的下個訂單。

有歷史的飯店，個人還蠻喜歡的。房間內的傢俱有些許損壞更增添飯店的風味（是些許喔…不影響使用…就是歲月的痕跡啦！當然有跟櫃檯反應….怕誤以為是我們毀損啦）地理位子真的絕佳（去哪都方便），我家爸爸起床第一件事….到不同的店家外帶咖啡喔！樓下就有餐廳，生意絡繹不絕，我家爸爸說咖啡香濃好喝，妹妹外帶甜點出遊，還不賴喔！飯店乾淨整潔，每天都會進來整理並補充備品，真心覺得這家CP值算高。對我來說，美中不足的地方就是房間內的地毯和押金了！ Ps.押金有刷預授權，但退房時沒刷退，所以還是需要自己留意是否有請款（若有再提爭議款項）

Nice place, room extra large, we booked 1 bed and 1sofa bed but they give us 2 bed and 1sofa..thanks. very comfortable to goaround. Near place theres a construction road and made a noise.but thats okay. Must try a cofee at the front hotel.

是個英式老酒店，酒店走廊裡面有油畫及瓷器展品，窗戶是密封的，導致通風不好，房間有股淡淡的黴味，酒店式公寓裡鍋碗齊全，沒有洗碗機，洗衣機及洪幹機齊全！中文小夥的服務態度很好！

這個酒店真的非常好，地處皇後街地段，復古又有腔調，酒店設施非常齊全完善，有洗衣機，廚房，餐桌辦公桌沙發，房間非常寬敞，前台耐心熱情，會説中文，最重要的是價格也很實惠！贊！
