麥克阿瑟庭酒店 (MacArthur Chambers)

比我想象的要好，房間非常寬敞，而且有三個衞生間特別舒適，遺憾的是我們定的天數太少了，因為第2天就要回國了！

Great location but reception not open 24/7 . we need to store the luggage to another hotel before we are able to check in

Perfect stay and perfect location - wifi didn't work though

Fantastic location in the city. The room was enormous and really comfortable. Very close to Central Station which was useful for us. We would definitely stay here again when we have a stopover in Brisbane.

Le service c’est 0,5 ! La réception n’est ouvert que de 7h30 à 16h du lundi au vendredi, donc si un problème survient en dehors de ces horaires , on subit. La climatisation n’est pas réglable seule il faut demander à la réception pour qu’il change la température , du coup nous sommes arrivé avec ma fille un dimanche dans un appartement à 19degres il faisait très froid on a dû attendre le lendemain matin pour pouvoir le signaler. Le lendemain matin je suis allé faire des courses pour pouvoir cuisiner dans l’appartement, à la très grande surprise le soir pour faire à manger il n’y avais pas de gaz dans la gasiniere et la plaque à induction ne marchait pas . Encore une fois il a fallu attendre le lendemain matin pour signaler le proble et qu’il soit réglé. Nous devions partir le matin et j’ai dis à la réceptionniste que nous rentreront pour 11h afin que je cuisine pour ma fille . Elle m’a dit qu’elle s’en occuperai. Nous sommes rentrer à 11h30 je demande donc à la réception si mon problème à la cuisine est résolu elle me dit non d’attendre qu’une personne allait venir . En 4h de temps ils ont pas été foutu d’envoyer quelqu’un. Ils m’en encore fait poireauter 30 minutes je suis donc redescendu à la réception leur mettre un coup de pression en leur disant que depuis hier soir je ne peux pas faire à manger , que j’ai signalé le problème des 7h30 du matin que cela devait être réglé pour 11h au final ils ont régler mon problème a 13h entre temps j’avais du commander des uber eat car ma fille était fatiguée et avait très faim . J’ai perdu la moitié des course que j’ai faite egalement car on partais le lendemain. L’interphone ne marchais pas en plus il fallait que je descende à chaque fois du 5e étage pour aller signaler ou demander quelque chose. Le service est vraiment minable. Hormis ça , l’hôtel est vraiment bien situé et l’appartement est spacieux. La vaisselle pas propre du tout par contre aussi . La piscine à bulle était tiède ma fille a pu se baigner malheureusement le sauna était en travaux

A unique stay in Brisbane's historic heart We stayed in a Luxury One-Bedroom Apartment and were pleasantly surprised by how much it felt like a real apartment rather than a hotel room. The apartment was spacious, comfortable and had plenty of room to relax. The hotel's biggest draw is its history. The building was once the World War II headquarters of General Douglas MacArthur, which gives the property a real sense of character that you simply don't get in a modern hotel. The location is excellent, right on the corner of Queen Street and Edward Street, above the Apple Store and within easy walking distance of shopping, restaurants and the Brisbane River. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome. The only downside was that the room's thermostat didn't seem to do much, and it was difficult to noticeably adjust the temperature. Aside from that, we had an enjoyable stay and would happily return, particularly for the spacious accommodation and the building's fascinating history.

セントラル駅からエドワード通りを3ブロックでクイーンストリートモールが目の前という申し分のない立地と、ホテルの地下にスーパーや酒屋さんが入っている利便性には感動しました。サウスバンクやパークランズなどの主な観光スポットまで徒歩で移動出來ました。部屋も広く綺麗で、屋上のプールもプールとジャグジー1つと小ぶりですが清潔で充分でした。屋上が9階なので周囲のビルから丸見えではありますが。部屋には洗濯機と乾燥機があり洗剤もあったので家族連れにはありがたかったです。ランドリールームは扉を閉められますがそれでも洗濯（脫水）が轟音だったことには日本人的には少々驚きました…。アメニティはタオルとリンスインシャンプーと固形石鹸のみのため、そのあたりは持參したほうが良いと思いました。シャワーは壁固定ではなく持てるタイプだったので日本人には地味にありがたかったです。水圧も問題ありませんでした。 総じて、また來ることがあれば必ず泊まりたいホテルです！

I booked this hotel for my manager during a recent business 訂房網站. The property is a little dated, but the location is excellent and very convenient for business travel. Being close to the CBD and key offices made it a practical choice. While the rooms could benefit from some updates, the overall stay was comfortable and the location is definitely the biggest selling point.

Every thing is very good , but if can improve more on shower that’s very perfect cause the shower water is very small .
