The hotel is in a stunning location with views to Brisbane and the ocean beyond. However, it’s one of those hotels where you feel it could be so much more. Room was clean, shower good, bed comfortable. But pool needed leaves removal. Outside tables were warped, the wood not having been cared for. Dinner menu was limited so we ate elsewhere,15 mins drive. Breakfast buffet was lovely. Not extensive but good.

Room 23 we had issues with the sink clogged , noodles stuck in sink not from us but previous stayers , found other food under bed not from us when bed moved slightly. Personal customer service great!

Place has a great view, rooms good but bit rundown and not cleaned well. Kettle had old water in it and some grime or something on the bottom, didn't want to try using it. Restaurant, we didn't eat there, looked very nice but menu didn't really have a lot of variety for us. We ordered uber eats instead. Staff were all nice.

Room was clean and quiet with a decent view of the lake but was partially obstructed by the trees. A unobstructed and good view can be seen from the deck outside the restaurant. Breakfast was good. Had a good swim in the pool and saw tennis rackets, basketballs and board games that can be borrowed and used.staff were friendly and helpful.
