位置非常方便，樓下非常多有質感的商店，還有好吃餐廳及冰淇淋店，只是入住時剛好在澳洲國定假日，樓下泳池連續二天都在party，音樂聲震耳欲聾，一樓大廳有很多非住客出入，不然整體住宿感受還不錯，房間乾淨舒適只是不會每天補備品

Stayed at the end of 訂房網站 to the Sunshine Coast. The hotel is situated in a great area of Brisbane but overall service wasn’t the best. We ate the Greek restaurant first night but couldn’t hear each other at dinner due to the construction noise outside. Hotel staff didn’t seem to care about it. Working in the industry I know the hotel was informed of this activity. But guests were not informed. I complained but the mangager was too busy to see me at reception. If I had known about the construction I would have made the reservation. Pool was overcrowded every day. Acoustics between room and corridor and terrace very poor. When someone operates the blinds you can hear and when they are on the phone in the terrace you can hear the calls. If you use the glassware or cups. You have to call reception to have them replaced otherwise when the room is cleaned they just take them away. The location is good though with good choices for other F&B venues so you don’t have to eat at the hotel!

The stay was incredible, down to the food, room and staff service. I, however, will not be returning as I do not wish to pay so much money to fight people over pool space. I shouldn't have to choose between a nice sleep in and utilising the pool (hello 5:45am wake up time to get a spot). The Calile need to manage this better and have a policy in place that allows more guests to access this given the limited room.
