Lost a cell phone. Phoned and was advised this had been found and if I organised a pre paid envelope this would be posted to myself. I organised the pre paid international envelope to be delivered to then send the cell phone to my home address. The prepaid envelope has been returned to the sender and I am unsuccessfully able to get any replies from the company now on how my phone will be returned to me

I went there as I needed a three bed to get ready etc for a formal. We eventually checked in at 2:45pm because the person at the front was so rubbish and then we got into the room and the two bedrooms weren’t open, that took another 20 mins. **** service and **** room no towels for the extra guests. Don’t book here
