我們2大人3小孩，住的是公寓型，距離辦理入住的櫃枱，還有一段距離，所以要駕車過去。住在二樓，必須走樓梯，是沒有lift的，晚上11點回去的時候，樓梯是沒有燈光的，有長者家和小孩的話，要特別小心。房間有潮濕的一股味，沒有提供牙刷和牙膏。在床頭桌的開關，有一半以上都是壞的。酒店的早餐，9點半已經沒有什麼人食物了，是沒有服務員帶位的，孩子睡的單人床，掀被子就覺得身體有癢癢的。無可否認，地理位置很不錯，靠近kea farm

體驗了一回馬來西亞農家樂的水平，熱水是沒有的，被子是臟的，室內電話是壞的，燈開關是不靈的，而且還特別冷。總之就是想體驗上山下鄉可以過來試一把。

อากาศที่โรงแรมดีหนาวมากสภาพห้องแย่มากห้องน้ำเหมือนไม่ได้ล้างมาก่อนมีเศษทิชชู่อยู่ตามพื้นเตารีดขาดโกเตารีดใช้ไม่ได้ผ้าปูที่นอนเหลืองมีคราบตู้หักประตูระเบียงไม่มีล็อคเป็นประตูเสียปิดล็อคไม่ได้โดยรวมแย่มากๆแต่อากาศดีฝ้าเพดานรอบปูนแตกไปกัน 4 คนน้ำร้อนอาบน้ำไม่ได้เพราะใช้หม้อต้มทีแรกคิดถึงเช็คอินห้องไปห้องเหม็นสีนอนไม่ได้แจ้งกับรีเซฟชั่นเขาเลยเปลี่ยนห้องให้ก็เลยได้ห้องนี้ไม่มีกลิ่นสีแต่สภาพห้องแย่มากทำใจ....สุดท้ายปล่อยใจให้ร่มๆแล้ว enjoy กับบรรยากาศและอากาศหนาว

This is uncounted staying at Copthorne CH. But this time I felt like being scammed.. stated include breakfast, actually it's ALA carte breakfast included.. as usual well known of their good, delicious morning comfort food their buffet.. but this time if u want to eat buffet u have to add rm7/pax otc.Damn! 9am some menu are out n will not be topup.. so sad even been asking for so many times.. fine talking Abt the room, cleanliness is terrible.. so many dust, dirty bed sheet, dusty cups,smelly toilet, dirty toilet bowl also floor with hairs everywhere.. no more water bottle in every room hence they put Coway water dispenser in each floor. No more slippers provided unless u asked for it.. Say no more,some picture taken below to be seen.. we decided, Copthorne would be our last choice in future.

Last minutes booking. Room are just nice, spacious, has balcony. I got the highest level, great view! However, the hotel is old so does the furniture. Bed are so so, not soft and pillow only one for each person. I hope you can provide more pillows. Breakfast buffet was great, nice food. The salad dressing is so nice. However it's hard to get a clean plate, and if need more tissue need to request. The location was so great, only short walking distance to KEA farm, Sheep sanctuary. A lot of food stall down there.

選擇這家酒店是因為一個情懷，在我孩子五歲時入住這家酒店。但是十年後再重回這家酒店讓我覺得有些失望。房間的設施還是一樣，太老舊了，還有異味。被單的棉花已經被洗得全部一團一團了。廁所的馬桶和浴缸有汙漬，廁所的門經過歲月的洗禮也破損了。這家酒店唯一剩下的就是地理位置。如果你問我下次還會選擇這家酒店嗎？我的答案是“不會”。（如果它還是沒有復新）

因為工作關係第一次入住這家酒店。酒店設施方面比較陳舊了，建議酒店做一些翻新。廁所清潔方面需要提升。房間衞生方面還可以。整體體驗還能接受。酒店位置靠近Kea Farm, 挺方便的。

This is our third time here..very strategic location and near to almost all tourist spots in brinchang. But a bit dissapointed as it doesnt provide iron in room. The check in process wasnt smooth as we have to wait for more than 15 minutes to get served.

Pros : Good and humble staff. Stratrgic location n lots of parking space. Nice view also. Cons : No water bottle in room. Could use coway but jug are not available in room. Lots of flies at lobby.
