金馬侖國敦酒店 (Copthorne Cameron Highlands)

อากาศที่โรงแรมดีหนาวมากสภาพห้องแย่มากห้องน้ำเหมือนไม่ได้ล้างมาก่อนมีเศษทิชชู่อยู่ตามพื้นเตารีดขาดโกเตารีดใช้ไม่ได้ผ้าปูที่นอนเหลืองมีคราบตู้หักประตูระเบียงไม่มีล็อคเป็นประตูเสียปิดล็อคไม่ได้โดยรวมแย่มากๆแต่อากาศดีฝ้าเพดานรอบปูนแตกไปกัน 4 คนน้ำร้อนอาบน้ำไม่ได้เพราะใช้หม้อต้มทีแรกคิดถึงเช็คอินห้องไปห้องเหม็นสีนอนไม่ได้แจ้งกับรีเซฟชั่นเขาเลยเปลี่ยนห้องให้ก็เลยได้ห้องนี้ไม่มีกลิ่นสีแต่สภาพห้องแย่มากทำใจ....สุดท้ายปล่อยใจให้ร่มๆแล้ว enjoy กับบรรยากาศและอากาศหนาว

This is uncounted staying at Copthorne CH. But this time I felt like being scammed.. stated include breakfast, actually it's ALA carte breakfast included.. as usual well known of their good, delicious morning comfort food their buffet.. but this time if u want to eat buffet u have to add rm7/pax otc.Damn! 9am some menu are out n will not be topup.. so sad even been asking for so many times.. fine talking Abt the room, cleanliness is terrible.. so many dust, dirty bed sheet, dusty cups,smelly toilet, dirty toilet bowl also floor with hairs everywhere.. no more water bottle in every room hence they put Coway water dispenser in each floor. No more slippers provided unless u asked for it.. Say no more,some picture taken below to be seen.. we decided, Copthorne would be our last choice in future.

Last minutes booking. Room are just nice, spacious, has balcony. I got the highest level, great view! However, the hotel is old so does the furniture. Bed are so so, not soft and pillow only one for each person. I hope you can provide more pillows. Breakfast buffet was great, nice food. The salad dressing is so nice. However it's hard to get a clean plate, and if need more tissue need to request. The location was so great, only short walking distance to KEA farm, Sheep sanctuary. A lot of food stall down there.

因為工作關係第一次入住這家酒店。酒店設施方面比較陳舊了，建議酒店做一些翻新。廁所清潔方面需要提升。房間衞生方面還可以。整體體驗還能接受。酒店位置靠近Kea Farm, 挺方便的。

This is our third time here..very strategic location and near to almost all tourist spots in brinchang. But a bit dissapointed as it doesnt provide iron in room. The check in process wasnt smooth as we have to wait for more than 15 minutes to get served.

Pros : Good and humble staff. Stratrgic location n lots of parking space. Nice view also. Cons : No water bottle in room. Could use coway but jug are not available in room. Lots of flies at lobby.

Рядом рынок, где можно погулять, но из-за него вечная пробка в обе стороны на полчаса-час, из-за чего не поездить по достопримечательностям. 2. Номера и все интерьеры ушатаны и грязны, кроватей это тоже касается. 3. На завтраке в так называемом ресторане настоящий бедлам - столы вовремя не убираются, посуда чистая постоянно заканчивается. 4. Цена на отель сильно завышена, рекомендую выбирать что-нибудь поинтереснее.

when first enter the room, the floor was full dirts and dust. Even the renovations seem new but the paint of the door is falling off. The toilet is clean and good condition but the shower head seems to be unclean and appears rusty. Location is good, walking distance to kea farm market but due to this, a lot of cars and tourist just parked within the hotel area. This caused inconvenience for hotel guests whenever leaving or entering the car park.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained. The location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere made my 訂房網站 very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to coming back again.

*Service:* Receptionists, housekeeping, and service team are responsive and helpful. Their services meets the expectation of a 4-star hotel. Service may be slower during peak days / hours. *Parking:* Small parking space, not quite accesible for elderly or disabled guests. *Lifts:* Functions well. Guests need to tap hotel card at the scanner before pushing the floor button. *Hotel rooms:* Disappointing. 1. Limited amount of immoble hangers. In our room, only four (4) hangers are available. Where the hangers cannot be removed from the metal rod for easier hanging. 2. Batroom is disasterous. The mobile shower head had its knob removed upon checking in, rendering it unusable. After the knob is fixed, we found out that the shower pipe was defected. Water was leaking all along the pipe instead of from the shower head itself. It was quickly replaced upon filing a complaint to the receptionist Be careful not to wet the sink counter, as the design makes the excessive water flow dangerously close to the hair dryer. Close the toilet lid all the time, as the towel rack is positioned directly above the toilet bowl. The flush button is positioned at the left side of the toilet bowl. Push it all the way down then release it immediately to flush. On the second day of our 訂房網站, we could smell the scent of cigarettes and urine coming from the toilet upon returning the room. We had room service and none of the guests smoke. The scent was not there before our departure in the morning. We still don't know where it came from. The scent disappeared on the third day after room service. 3. Only one chair for the room of three. You may want to play music chair to decide who gets to sit. 4. There are some oil stains(?) on the duvet. I'm aware they might have tried thier best to remove it, but the stains do not leave a great impression. 5. Do note that all the headboard backlights are connected to one switch. Thus, no turning off backlight separately. 7. Noise cancelling is non existence. Do expect hearing noises when guests check in / out and baby cries. 8. Alarms will start blaring if you hold down the hotel door handle for too long. I dont know what it's other purpose other than to frighten new guests. 9. The glass door to the balcony was hard to slide open even after unlocking. Maybe it was not well lubricated, or maybe an intentional design to prevent children from opening? *Breakfast buffet:* Nasi lemak DIY is a permenant resident at the buffet. The same goes for the majority of other dishes, such as porridge, fun cheong, eggs, pancakes, etc. Everyday, there will only be around 3 - 4 new dishes in the buffet. The choices of fresh veges are quite limited considering that the hotel is in Cameron Highlands. It would be a better idea to explore local food outside of the hotel than to come up with a new meal combination from the same dishes every morning. (The ikan bilis was so salty, I could feel my whole brain shrink just from crunching on one.) (We found a strain of long hair in the char key teow, none of us had long hair...) (The fried noodles was wet and soft.)
