地點絕對優勢，廚房用具齊全的。 衞生方面一般，可能是濕冷的關係，房間有股味道。 總的來説還是不錯的，下次還是會入住這裡

My recent stay at this hotel was nothing short of a disaster. Here are the key issues we faced: 1. Unhelpful Owner: Getting a room confirmation was an ordeal. Despite the check-in time being 3 PM, we only got access at 3:30 PM after repeated requests. 2. Unbearable Odor: The entire apartment had a stench that was simply unbreathable. It made our stay extremely uncomfortable from the moment we walked in. 3. Horrible Toilets: The condition of the toilets was beyond horrible. It’s something I would rather not elaborate on, but it was the worst I’ve ever seen. 4. Flooded Kitchen: The kitchen was full of water due to an unknown leak and had an equally unbearable smell. 5. Immediate Departure: We had to leave the apartment within 30 minutes. This sudden change of plans cost us an additional SGD 750 to book a new hotel, as it was a long weekend and accommodations were scarce. 6. Poor Customer Support from 訂房網站: 訂房網站 has been unhelpful in negotiating a refund. Their response has been disappointing, with repetitive messages claiming the owner did not agree to a refund. It’s suspicious how they communicated at midnight, as I sent an email at 3 AM and got a response by 5 AM. This experience was a costly and distressing ordeal, and I would strongly advise against booking this hotel.

Location: Perfect as middle of Cameron. Easy to access Mall and variety of foods. Service: Firstly, the owner or management gave wrong location. Secondly, the key was located on P1 post box but lift at P2. Thirdly, at Lift B got 1 lift only, need to wait for very long to go to Homestay. Cleanliness: No complaint on it. Facilities: All good as the management prepared food amenities with fridge, cooker and electric stove. Other than that bed and room amenities perfect but the Entertainment system sucks, the TV useless for Indians as only got 1 channel to access other than that the TV and Room Fan remotes malfunctions. The balcony table is not there as on example. Anyway, i loved the location with surrounding entertaining areas and view from the balcony and window.

Memang TERBAIK. 1. 3 bilik dengan total 5 katil Queen. Simply boleh tidur dengan selesa untuk 10 pax. Semua bilik besar n katil sangat selesa. 2. Semua bilik ada bilir air masing masing. 3. View dari Balcony sangat superb 4. Wifi laju. 5. Ruang tamu n ruang makan yg luas n sangat selesa 6. Kitchen lengkap dgn alat memasak dan juga Coway. 7. Lokasi mmg terbaik VERY RECOMMENDED!!!

Good strategic location, within walking distance to Centrum. Apartment is fully equipped with utensils for cooking if wanted.
