Service bhg reception kurang mesra.. No eyes to eyes while talk with customer. So very dissapointed... Ckp tu bia la pndg n lihat dgn cre yg sopan.ni tak ckp tngn buat kjer tau3 trima ksih..

The location is great, close to many restaurants and shops. Someone is at the reception 24/7, which is a big convenience for those arriving late and the hotel staff are welcoming. However, the room itself was just disgusting. Nail clippings and hair on the carpet, bathroom clearly has not been cleaned in ages as the drain was full with hair, shower curtain and the walls around the shower were covered in mould and dirt from multiple guests. The wifi in the room was not working for us at all (one of the reasons I booked the hotel so I could plan my further itinerary without using mobile data), and although there is an offsite parking, it easily gets full and then you need to park elsewhere. According to the room description there should be coat hangers in the room but there were none. I booked this hotel last minute so I did not have much choice this time, but I will definitely never come back to this place.

Pro: Bilik luas gilerrrrrr. Untuk 4 dewasa memang luas la. Location pun bagus. Nearby bandar brinchang, pastu yang opah strawberry ape semua tu dekat je. Kea farm pun x jauh sangat. Dekat2 je semua. Bawah hotel pun ada kedai makan kalau malas nak gi jauh2 Kalau stay lebih dari 1 malam, dorang akan make up room dan tukar towel. Which is good. Staff pun sangat baik🫶🏽 Con: No toiletries provided. Korang kena bawa sendiri. Ada sabun dan shampoo tapi macam outdated punya. Bilik saya punya dah kotor2 dah. Harap pihak hotel cek betul2. Lantai toilet bersih tapi kat sinki tu harap dapat beri perhatian lebih. Bilik 206. Sarapan pun just basic je la. Dont expect lebih2. Tapi sambal nasi lemak dia memang sedap!

Hotel room was big enough but toilet looks old and not well maintained. Shower head and water heater not very good. But took quick shower. No shower gel but only soap provided. Luckily I brought one. No toothbrush and stuff. Overall, still an ok stay as it’s one night.

Easy to find, friendly staff. Clean rooms, tidy room. Breakfast were average but still sedap 😋 Overall, affordable prices. Definitely will repeat again 9/10 ❤️

old building smells damp. found some bugs in our room. I don't feel comfy sleeping in the bed. seems the blanket not washed. I won't recommend to stay here.
