紅寶石酒吧及酒店 (OYO Ruby Pub & Hotel)

If you want a good nights sleep, find somewhere else. The bathroom was nice but the shower was filthy! See pictures attached. The bed was uncomfortable, just had a bog standard home made wooden base and the bedding didn’t even match and the Pillows were lumpy. The pub had what seemed to be a lock in with loud music playing until the early hours. The pub was dark and dirty with wires hanging around, the DJ was awful. We were checked in by a bouncer…says it all really. We were woken up at 6am by next doors alarm clock. Went on until 6:15. We then could hear them snoring and sneezing. There is mould on the wall by the window and paint peeling off on same wall. The rest of the walls are scratched and scuffed. We paid £70 for our room and thought it wasn’t worth more than £30 There is a kettle with tea, coffee and milk available in the room along with a hairdryer. The hand wash in the shower room is filled with washing up liquid, but there is plenty of toilet roll. We won’t be returning and feel that the whole place needs a complete makeover, it has a lot of potential but maybe in the hands of someone who half cares about their guests We were in room 3.

Poor. The room had damp. The towels were on the floor. There is no option of breakfast. The bar shut at 10pm we asked at 9:40pm for a drink, but we’re turned away and other people can in after us and were served!!! You’re not allowed food or drink in your room BUT they give you a fridge. I just found the whole experience very strange
