Everything was good, service really nice. Parking on site £10 for 24h , clean and quiet. Rooms very nice and comfortable bed, big shower and nice decor.

First stay here and will definitely return. 3rd stay at a Mercure brand hotel and cannot fault any!
Bridgewater is a pleasant town with plenty of places to enjoy and pass the time. The hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms are very nice with excellent air conditioning if you need it! Comfortable beds, all mod cons including Samsung TV, USB sockets by the beds, ambient lighting, storage well thought out, small fridge, room service, fabulous bathrooms with waterfall shower and lovely extras such as decent shower wash and hair wash, make up/shaving mirror with lighting. Very secure hotel with 24 hour reception and lift only operable with key cards.
Didn't try the hotel restaurant but judging by the volume of people eating there I'd assume very good!
Nothing to fault!

We booked last minute for Bridgwater carnival so the hotel was busy as expected but a perfect location. Our room was very small and the hand towel was stained but the bed was comfy. We had cocktails in the bar before the carnival and the barmen seemed stressed but expected as it was so busy. We had dinner in the restaurant afterwards and although it was nice the steak was not quite as nice as I expected. Again the cocktails were lovely and all in all an enjoyable 訂房網站. We had a slight hiccup at check in as the hotel had not received the money from 訂房網站.com and wanted to charge our card. I messaged them in the morning and this was cleared up before we checked out

Parking fee is £10 and the balcony’s have no privacy between them.
Other than that, it’s a good Mercure hotel, everything you expect like amazing shower, clean and comfortable stay. No bath though.
