部屋やシーツなど、全體的にあまり清潔でなく、ゴキブリが出るような部屋でした もし同じホテルが東京にあったならば適正価格は2000円といったところでしょうか 物価の高いロンドンにおいては9000円の価格相応かと思います

Polite staff. Room was nice and quite, as requested. Very clean bathroom. Rudely awoken from the other guest shouting in the hallway, this went on for 2 hour!!! 12:30am until 02:30. Staff apologetic but nothing more done.

The facilities here are old, the room soundproofing is poor, and the bed is not clean, but the staff are friendly and it is close to the bus station, making it convenient to get to central London.

It's a 2* Hotel so my expectations where low, however there was still waste from the last customer and all walls had back stains, mold in the shower. The double bed room was tiny, even for one person. One time i came back in the evening to my room and it was (visible) open and unlocked. (they filled up some tea and coffe bags but no new towel or sheets) I highly doubt if they clean anything after somone leaves. Only plus is the location and the friendly guy in the entrance. Not recomended.
