Room was very cluster when I entered, met two people in the room, a male and a female, even though it was female only room, Very dirty toilets, no toilet tissues, toilets not flushed, dirty toilets tissues on the floor, the room smell, looks like someone lives in the room for long time so she's got soo many stuffs. Very bad experience, very pricy compare to other hotels.

女生間裡面有洗手枱 、浴室，但是外面洗手間離得遠。住了兩天，第二天早上 發現 休息室的兩個大桌子上，放滿了免費的早餐。很多可以任意選擇，也可以帶走，挺好的

Staff is very friendly, safe, and security !Rooms are clean daily ! Great rooms .Your own shower toilets on every floor have a nice cafe already and a lounge and another big lounging area!

I stayed 1 night. The room was good, little noisy facing to the main road. Shower in the room was convenient as the other shower on the floor wasn’t working or was only cold water coming. The bed was really good, bed linen was smelling fresh. I felt content and quite comfortable for the bargain price. 🙏🏻

位於Kensal Green站旁邊；工作人員熱情，沒有電梯，幫我們提行李到4層房間。房間寬敞，房間和共用衞生間、廚房都乾淨，窗戶能打開，衹是房間裡沒有桌子、吹風機、刷牙杯、毛巾、衣架、甚至掛鈎等，有點不太方便。遇下雨wifi沒有信號。共用廚房晚10點到早8點鎖門，燒熱水不方便。

位置不錯，出門就是18路公交車，去倫敦市中心很方便，地鐵站就在200米處距離青旅.唯一不足的是出門餐廳太少了.超市不少.附近也有巴西超市.房間的淋浴不是很好用，衞生間在外面公共的.前台給我免費升級了，6人間直接成4人間 房間一直都是2個人住，超爽. 這裡應該是整個倫敦青旅最便宜的地兒了 廚房不能做飯，僅可以用熱水壺和微波爐 .

The security guy was friendly and helped carry my luggage, which was a bit of relief to me. The place was a bit below what I am used to. Not my kind of place, would not revisit. The location is very close to the train station, which is very convenient.
